Pipe cleaners make their way to school STEM challenge
It’s great seeing our pipe cleaners being used in schools for problem solving activities. A lot of educational organisations purchase pipe cleaners from our retail website and whilst we presumed they were always used for modelling and collaging, we were proven wrong.
This school in particular encouraged students to work in teams to find ways to build a pipe cleaner bridge strong enough to hold the weight of a thick dictionary. It is a STEM challenge that is a fun, inexpensive, and engaging challenge that can be tailored to different ages, settings, and time-frames.
