Hewitt & Booth goes into fashion
We were contacted by a university student studying fashion who was looking for some large, thick and fluffy pipe cleaners to use in one of their fashion projects. The team worked together to develop a 100cm, 40mm thick ‘megastem’ in the primary colours yellow, blue and green which are to be used to attach to a dress/skirt.
Our machine operative, Amarjit, made the megastem order and we (and the customer!) are so pleased with the result. Megastems are available on our crafts website here.
